Running Schedules as Background Tasks

To run a schedule as a background task:

  1. In Classic view, on the WorkSpace menu, click User Preferences.

-Or-

In Ribbon view, on the Home tab, in the WorkSpace group, click Settings, and then click User Preferences.

  1. Select the Background StartUp tab.
  2. Select the first empty row and click the Browse (...) button.
  3. Select the schedule that you want to add to the Background Task Startup list and click Open.
  4. Click OK to save the changes that you have made and close the User Preferences dialog box.
