To run a schedule as a background task:
- In Classic view, on the WorkSpace menu, click User Preferences.
-Or-
In Ribbon view, on the Home tab, in the WorkSpace group, click Settings, and then click User Preferences.
- Select the Background StartUp tab.
- Select the first empty row and click the Browse (...) button.
- Select the schedule that you want to add to the Background Task Startup list and click Open.
- Click OK to save the changes that you have made and close the User Preferences dialog box.
