Print Dialog Box
The Print dialog box displays the following items:
Print Range

All |
Prints the entire report. This is the only option available in Report Wizard configurations. |

Selected Cells |
Prints only the cells that you highlighted in the Cross Reference Tool screen. |

Current Page |
Prints only the current page of your report. |

Pages |
Prints a specific page range. Enter the desired start and end page ranges in the Pages fields. |

Prints the row headers on the left side of each page. |

Grid Lines |
Prints the spreadsheet grid lines. |

Select this option to ensure that the printer does not print empty cells beyond the last column and row containing data. |

Screen Image Color |
Prints the colors in the spreadsheet as they appear on the screen. |

Shadows |
Prints the shadow effect within the column and row headers. |
