Modifying the User Prompts of a Dynamo Instance
To modify the
user prompts of a Dynamo Instance:
- In the iFIX WorkSpace picture, select the Dynamo object.
- In Classic view,
on the Dynamo toolbar, click the Build Dynamo
button.

In Ribbon view, on the Tools tab, in the Dynamos group, click Dynamos, and then click Build Dynamo.
User Prompts appear in brackets, { }. If the User Prompt has partial substitution, the User Prompt appears in brackets, while static values are represented as asterisks.
- In the User Prompt fields, modify the entries as necessary. You can delete the brackets when modifying User Prompts.
- Click OK.
- To test your changes, double-click the Master Dynamo object to view the Dynamo Properties dialog box and observe the Dynamo Properties column.
