Using Toolbars

iFIX provides both WorkSpace and Picture toolbars to help you perform various functions. Although both WorkSpace and Picture toolbars help you perform actions in your picture, the Picture toolbars contain specific tools to help you create and modify objects and their properties. The following table describes the Picture toolbars available to you for drawing pictures.

NOTE: Although hidden by default, you can access and use toolbars in Ribbon view. To access a toolbar in Ribbon view, on the Home tab, in the WorkSpace group, click Settings, and then click Toolbars. You can also open a toolbar from the WorkSpace tree, by opening the Project Toolbar Files folder and double-clicking the toolbar you want to open.
