Viewing Devices in a Specific Group

About this task

By default, Device Manager displays all devices. You can filter the device list in Device Manager to view, and perform actions on, only devices for a specified group.

Procedure

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Device Manager.
  2. Click the filter icon .
  3. In Filter Scope, select the group to view devices for.
    If the group you selected has subgroups (children), The Select All Sub-Groups drop-down list appears. You can check the box on the left to select all sub-groups, as shown in the below image.
    You can also expand the list of sub-groups, and select only specific sub-groups, as shown in the below image.
  4. Click Apply.
    The device list is updated so that only devices in the selected groups appear in the device list.
  5. To view the details for individual devices, select Device Manager in the left navigation pane.
    The page displays a list of the devices that belong to the group. Each device in the list is a clickable link that displays service details.
