  • In 1981, Bernard OKSMAN and Professor GROB founded the Laboratory OKSMAN SERAPHIN at the National Higher School of Chemistry of Toulouse ENSIACET, focusing on the application of chemistry for preventive maintenance of electrical transformers.
  • In 2000, at the initiative of TSV (Transformers Solutions Vénissieux), the laboratory became a subsidiary of the Alstom group, strengthening its expertise in dielectric fluid analysis.
  • In 2009, the laboratory moved to a new premises near Toulouse, in Ramonville-Saint-Agne.
  • The laboratory maintains its independence, impartiality, and confidentiality throughout its history, integrating GE Vernova in 2015 while retaining its status as a SASU.

The privacy policy regarding customer data

Analysis reports and all information related to the condition of the transformer fleet are confidential data and cannot be disseminated, published, or communicated to third parties without the prior written authorization of the customer. However, even if the ordering party is different, in order to establish a reliable diagnosis of the device's health, the Laboratory OKSMAN SERAPHIN includes in the report the results of analysis that it has performed on the same asset. The customer may provide previous external analysis reports by attaching them to the samples in each individual sample pouch and indicating their existence on the associated sampling form.

Data Protection Law - GDPR:

The data transmitted to the Laboratory OKSMAN SERAPHIN in the context of commercial relationships with customers are subject to computer processing for administrative management and communication purposes with clients. In accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, data files, and individual liberties, amended, known as the "Data Protection Act," and as of May 25, 2018, the GDPR. Each client may at any time exercise their right to access and rectify information concerning them by sending a letter to the laboratory.
