APM Safety, part of GE Vernova’s Asset Performance Management (APM), is designed to help users identify and mitigate process safety hazards, manage critical safety instrumentation, and support equipment and process changes that can increase safety risk.

With APM Safety, users can:
  • Align and integrate safety lifecycle management initiatives with corporate asset hierarchy, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and APM programs to help enhance operational efficiency.
  • Help identify and mitigate hidden risk by carrying out hazard analysis of critical systems and determining required safety instrumentation levels.
  • Help lower catastrophic incident probability with SIS Management, including SIL Assessment, Verification, and Validation.
