Calibration Management System Requirements

License Requirements

The Calibration license is required to take advantage of the Calibration Management functionality.

Additional Components Required

If you use a documenting process calibrator or other calibration management software to perform automated calibration, then the machine that will connect to that calibrator must have the GE Digital APM Devices service installed.

These devices may require additional drivers provided by the manufacturer.

The following documenting process calibrator devices are supported:

GE Druck Calibrators:
- Druck DPI611 - Pressure Calibrator
- Druck DPI612 - Flex Pressure Calibrator
- Druck DPI620 - Multifunction Calibrator
- Druck DPI620-IS - Intrinsically Safe Multifunction Calibrator
- Druck DPI620G – Advanced Multifunction Calibrator, HART/Fieldbus Communicator
- Druck DPI620G-IS - Intrinsically Safe Advanced Multifunction Calibrator, HART/Fieldbus Communicator

The following Calibration Management software is supported:

CMX Calibration Management Software Version 2 (2.10.114.0)

To establish communication with the CMX Calibration Management software, in addition to GE Digital APM Device services, you must install the following software:

Beamex Business Bridge (B3) Version 1 (1.2.0)

Deploying Calibration Management

After you have installed and configured the basic GE Digital APM system architecture, you will need to perform some configuration steps specifically for Calibration Managaement.
