Unlink a Protective Instrument Loop Final Element

Note: Unlinking a Protective Instrument Loop Final Element alters the calculations of the loop. Hence, you must access the calculations again.

Steps

  1. Access the Protective Instrument Loop Final Element that you want to unlink.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the datasheet, select Unlink.

    Note: The Unlink button is enabled only if the Final Element that you have selected in a linked element.

  3. If the Protective Instrument Loop Final Element that you want to replace is not linked to any other loop, a message appears, indicating that the Protective Instrument Loop Final Element will be deleted. Select OK.

    The Protective Instrument Loop Final Element is unlinked.
