To simplify the documentation, the items that are stored in this folder are split up into the following groups:

Queries that Support Module-Specific PagesClosed

The following queries are stored in the Catalog folder \\Public\Meridium\Modules\SIS Management\Queries and support module-specific pages within SIS Management.

Query Name Behavior and Usage Notes
Add_SIS_Trip_Report_Detail_Search A search that displays prompts for the Entity Key for a Logic Solver and an SIS Trip Report, and then displays information that is stored in both records. None
ALL SIL Analysis Recommendations Displays a list of all the Risk Assessment Recommendation records that are linked to any SIL Analysis. None
ALL SIL Analysis Tasks

Displays the following prompts, and then displays a list of all the Tasks that meet the specified criteria:

  • Asset ID : The IDs for the Equipment and Functional Location families in the GE Digital APM database.
  • Task Family : The names of the Task families that exist in the GE Digital APM database.
 The results of this query appear in the Proof Test Tasks section of an SIL Analysis.
Export_SIL_Analysis_Search

Displays a prompt for the record state of an SIL Analysis, and then displays a list of SIL Analysis that meet the specified criteria. The State prompt contains a list of record states that are configured for the SIL Analysis family. This list contains the following baseline values by default:

  • All
  • Active
  • Complete
  • Pending Approval
  • Planning
  • Review
 This query is used by the SIS Management Export Builder.
Final_Element_Reference_Data_Search A search that displays a prompt, and then displays a list of Final Elements whose Is Reference Data field value is set to True. The results of this query appear in the Final Elements section on the SIS Management Overview page.
IF_Safety_Loop_Search

A search that displays a prompt for the record state of a Protective Instrument Loop, and then displays a list of Protective Instrument Loops that are linked to a particular Instrumented Function. The State prompt contains a list of record states that are configured for the Protective Instrument Loop family. This list contains the following baseline values:

  • All
  • Approval
  • Design
  • In Service
  • Out of Service
  • Pending Approval

Logic_Solver_Reference_Data_Search A search that displays a prompt and then displays a list of Logic Solvers whose Is Reference Data field value is set to True. The results of this query appear in the Logic Solvers section on the SIS Management Overview page.
Safety_Loop_Search

A search that displays a prompt for the record state of a Protective Instrument Loop, and then displays a list of Protective Instrument Loops that meet the specified criteria. The State prompt contains a list of record states that are configured for the Protective Instrument Loop family. By default, the list contains the following baseline values:

  • All
  • Approval
  • Design
  • In Service
  • Out of Service
  • Pending Approval

Safety_Loop_Template_Search A search that displays a prompt for the record state of a Protective Instrument Loop, where the Is Template field value in that record is Yes, and then displays a list of Protective Instrument Loops that are specified as templates and meet the specified criteria. The results of this query appear on the PIL Templates section on the SIS Management Overview page.
Sensor_Reference_Data_Search A search that displays a prompt, and then displays a list of Logic Solvers whose Is Reference Data field value is set to True. The results of this query appear by default in the Sensors section on the SIS Management Overview page.
SIL Analysis Recommendations Displays a prompt for the Entity Key for an SIL Analysis, and then displays a list of Risk Assessment Recommendation records that are linked to the specified SIL Analysis. None
SIL_Analysis_Search

A search that displays the following prompts, and then displays a list of SIL Analyses that meet the specified criteria:

  • State : The record states that have been configured for the SIL Analysis family. This list contains the following values:
    • All
    • Active
    • Complete
    • Pending Approval
    • Planning
    • Review
  • SIL Analysis Owner : The names of the users whose names appear in the Owner field in an SIL Analysis.
 The results of this query appears in the SIL Analysis section on the SIS Management Overview page.
SIS Find ASM Actions for IF Displays a prompt for the Entity Key for an Instrumented Function and is used to find ASM Actions that were created when the specified Instrumented Function was promoted to ASM. None
SIS Find ASM Risk for IF Displays a prompt for the Entity Key for an Instrumented Function and is used to find ASM Risks that were created when the specified Instrumented Function was promoted to ASM. None
Queries that Support the SRS ReportClosed

The following queries are stored in the Catalog folder \\Public\Meridium\Modules\SIS Management\Queries, and support the SRS Report and subreports stored in the \SIL\Reports folder.

Query Name Behavior and Usage
Final_Element_Hazardous_Event_Comb Displays a prompt for the PIF ID for the Instrumented Function, and then displays values stored in records that make up a protective instrument loop. This query supports the subreport, Final_Element_Subreport.
Final_Element_Query Displays a prompt for the PIF ID for an Instrumented Function, and then displays values stored in records that make up a protective instrument loop. This query supports the subreport, Loop_Report.
IF_Common_Cause_Failures

Displays a prompt for the PIF ID for an Instrumented Function to which SIF Common Cause Failures are linked, and then displays the values stored in the following fields in the SIF Common Cause Failures that are linked to the specified Instrumented Function:

  • CCF ID
  • CCF Description
  • CCF Mitigation

This query supports the subreport, IF Subreport.
IF_Concurrent_Safe_State

Displays a prompt for the PIF ID for the Instrumented Function to which Instrumented Functions are linked, and then displays the values stored in the following fields in the Instrumented Function:

  • Concurrent Safe State Hazard
  • PIF Description
  • Safe State Description
  • PIF ID

This query supports the subreport IF Subreport.
SIL_Analysis_Doc_Query Displays a prompt for the Entity Key of the SIL Analysis to which all the records that make up an SIL analysis are linked, and then displays all the Reference Documents that are linked to that record. This query supports the subreport, SIL_Doc_Report.
SRS_Report_Query

Displays a prompt for the Entity Key of the SIL Analysis to which all the records that make up an SIL analysis are linked, and then displays values stored in fields that are required in the following records:

  • Instrumented Function
  • Safety Instrumented System
  • SIL Analysis

This query supports the main SRS Report.
SRS_Sensor_Query Displays a prompt for the PIF ID for an Instrumented Function, and then displays values stored in records that make up a protective instrument loop. This query supports the subreport, Loop_Report.
SRS_SubReport_Query Displays a prompt for the PIF ID for an Instrumented Function, and then displays values stored in records that make up a protective instrument loop. This query supports the subreport, Loop_Report.
