Send an Email Using a Conditional Alert

Steps

  1. In the upper-right corner of any page in GE Digital APM, select , and then enter the name of the conditional alert in the search bar.

  2. Select the conditional alert record that you want to modify.

    The record opens.

  3. Select to enable editing of the fields.

    The datasheet toolbar is displayed.

  4. In the Fixed Distribution List drop-down menu, select the email recipients that you would like to receive that alert.

    -or-

    In the Additional Distribution List box, enter additional email addresses for new recipients.

  5. Select .

    The conditional alert will be sent to the recipients you added.
