Unlink Linked Recommendation Records

Before You BeginClosed

To work with linked Recommended Actions, the system must contain Recommendation records that have previously been Consolidated or Superseded.

Note: You cannot unlink a Recommendation record from a master Recommendation record that has been promoted to an Action.

Steps

  1. Access the Recommended Actions pane.

  2. Next to one or more Consolidated or Superseded Recommended Actions that you want to unlink, select the check box.

  3. In the Recommended Actions pane heading, select , and then select Unlink from Master.

    The selected Recommended Actions are unlinked from the driving Consolidated or Superseded Recommendation records.
