On the left navigation bar, select Tools, and then select Policy Designer.
The Policy Designer Overview page appears.
The tabs at the top of the page summarize the number of policies and policy recommendations in various categories. You can select a tab to view one of the following lists:
- Recent Policies: Policies updated by the current user within the past 30 days.
- My Policy Recommendations: Open Policy Recommendations assigned to the current user. You can select a recommendation name to open the record in Record Manager.
- Overdue Policy Recommendations: Open Policy Recommendations assigned to any user and for which the Target Completion Date has passed. You can select a recommendation name to open the record in Record Manager.
- Inactive Policies: All inactive policies.
- Active Polices: All active policies.

Module Workflow Policies: Policies that exist to support GE Digital APM module workflows.
Note: Module workflow policies are not included in the other policy lists on this page.
The Policy Designer Overview page also contains the following graph:
- Count of Executions per Policy for Last 30 Days: Displays a summary of the execution results for the 20 most active policies within the past 30 days. You can select an execution result to open the corresponding policy.
