Next to the Recommended Actions that will be involved in the Supersede operation, select the check boxes.
Note: You must select Recommendation records that belong to the same family and are in the same state. Recommended Actions that belong to the same asset can be superseded.
On the Recommended Actions pane heading, select
The Supersede Recommendations window appears, displaying all the Recommendation records that you selected in step 2.
In the Supersede Recommendations window, select the Recommended Action that will take precedence over the others.
Note: Depending on the state configuration used for the supersede operation, a State Assignment window may appear. If this window appears, select the appropriate assigned user from the State menu, and then select Done.
In the bottom right corner of the window, select Supersede.
A message appears, confirming that you superseded one or more Recommended Actions with the driving Recommended Action.
