Select a scenario, and then, in the workspace, select the Actions tab.
The Actions section appears, displaying a list of available actions.
The Qualitative Consequence represents the combined assessment (Safety, Environment, Operations) for the selected risk, carried over from the initial assessment using the Risk Matrix. The ‘Modify’ feature enables this value to be adjusted for the scenario being modeled.
Steps
Select a scenario, and then, in the workspace, select the Actions tab.
The Actions section appears, displaying a list of available actions.
In the Actions section, in the grid, select the action whose qualitative consequence you want to modify.
The action is highlighted.
Select Show Mitigated Risk.
The mitigated risks appear.
In the row for the qualitative consequence that you want to modify, select the link in the Qualitative Consequence column.
The Qualitative Consequence subsection appears.
To edit the qualitative consequence, in the upper-right corner of the subsection, select
Select
The qualitative consequence has been modified and saved.
