In the left pane, select either the Risk Card or the Action Card tab, depending on the card for which you want to restore default settings.
Depending on your selection, the Risk Card or the Action Card workspace appears.
Select Restore Default.
The default settings are restored for the card.
Select Save.
Your changes are saved.
