Assign an Event Code to a Production Unit

Administrative users can use the Event Codes section to assign Event Codes to a Production Unit. The specified Event Codes will then appear as a filtered list when creating or modifying a Production Loss. If no codes are assigned, then all codes will be listed by default.

Steps

Access the Production Unit to which you want to assign an Event Code.

The Production Unit section appears.
Select the Event Codes tab.

The Event Codes section appears, displaying the Event Codes in tree format, which are all filtered based on the codes related to the selected Production Unit.
Clear the check box beside each Event Code that you do not want to assign to the Production Unit, and then select .

The selected Production Event Codes are assigned to the Production Unit.
