Add an Impact Code

Steps

  1. Access the Codes workspace.

  2. In the Choose code box, select Impact Codes.

    The list of Impact Codes appears.

  3. Select .

    The Add Impact Code window appears.

  4. As needed, enter values in the available fields.

  5. Select .

    The Impact Code is saved.
