Add a Cause Code

Steps

Access the GAA Administrator page.
In the System Codes section, select Cause Codes.

The Cause Codes subsection appears.
In the upper-left corner of the Cause Codes section, select .

The Add Cause Code window appears.
As needed, enter the values in the available fields.
Select .

The new Cause Code is added.
