On the left navigation menu, select Health, and then select AMS Analytics.
The AMS Analytics Overview page appears.
The tabs at the top of the page summarize information related to AMS Assets. You can select a tab to view one of the following sections, which, with the exception of the Reports section, contains lists that are filtered according to the asset (e.g., Equipment or Functional Location) selected in the page filter:
AMS Assets: Displays the existing AMS Asset records.
Active Alerts: Displays AMS Asset Alerts that are marked as active.
Events: Displays AMS Asset Events whose date is within the time range specified in the page filter.
Recommendations: Displays open AMS Asset Recommendations (i.e., recommendations where the state is not closed, superseded, or rejected).
Reports: Displays a list of the reports located in the Catalog folder \\Public\Meridium\Modules\AMS Asset Portal\Summary Reports
The AMS Analytics Overview page also displays the following graphs, which are filtered according to the asset (e.g., Equipment or Functional Location) selected in the page filter:
Alert Trend: Displays the number of active AMS Asset Alerts each month for the past year.
Events by Type: Displays the number of AMS Asset Events according to event type.
Active Alerts by Asset Criticality: Displays the number of active AMS Asset Alerts related to AMS Assets within each range of criticality.
Active Alerts by Duration: Displays the amount of time that AMS Asset Alerts have been active.
Active Alerts by Severity: Displays the number of active AMS Asset Alerts of each severity.
Assets by Criticality: Displays the number AMS Assets within each range of criticality.
Assets by Type: Displays the number of AMS Assets according to type.
Assets by Health: Displays the number of AMS Assets for each range of health index values (i.e., the values in the Health Index field in AMS Asset records).
You can select in the upper-left corner of the page to filter the information displayed on the AMS Analytics Overview page to a specific time range or asset. When you filter by an asset, the page displays information for the selected asset and the assets under it in the hierarchy. The Home level includes information for all AMS Assets in the GE Digital APM database (i.e., AMS Assets linked to an asset not in the Asset Hierarchy or AMS Assets not linked to an asset).
