Troubleshooting the Publishing Process
- Log files - to investigate the warning or error messages that occurred. The log file is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\GE\iFIX\PIC\WebExport. Two log files are created:
Json export log – only contains export information including errors and warnings.
Publish log – contains the complete publishing information, which includes the Web HMI connection status, publish progress, and details on any errors or warnings during the publish.
- Messages - to provide more information about warnings or errors in the log file.
