NOTE: Searching for servers, groups, and items is available only when the driver is in configuration mode. The search feature is available at all levels in the tree browser.
To find groups and items in
the Tree Browser
- In the Power Tool's Tree Browser, select a server or group with an object you to want to search for.
- From the Edit menu, choose Find. The Find dialog box appears.
- In the Find What box, enter the name of the group or item you want to search for, or select a previous search criterion from the list. You can use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard character to assist in your search.
- Click the Find Next button to perform the search. The group or item you searched for is selected in the Tree Browser.
NOTE: You can use the Find Previous button to move backwards through the found objects at the Item level only.
