Every time you shutdown the Application Validator, it updates the Default.avs file. The .AVS (Application Validator Settings) file contains the settings that you define in the Application Validator Options dialog box and includes a list of the folders to display in the main window. Each time you restart the Application Validator, it displays the settings from when you last used the Application Validator.
You later can define your own settings, save them in another file, and load them when you want to run specific reports. You could also use these custom .AVS files when running the Application Validator from the command line.
