iFIX also allows you to disable picture caching for individual pictures so that changes made during run time will not persist when the picture is reopened.
To disable picture caching for a picture:
- Right-click the picture name in the system tree, or right-click any area in the picture outside of an object to display the pop-up menu.
- Select Picture... to display the Edit Picture dialog.
- Check the Disable caching for this picture check box from the Edit Picture dialog box.
