Deleting a Group Account

To delete a group account:

  1. In Classic view, the iFIX WorkSpace, click the Security Configuration button on the toolbar.

-Or-

In Ribbon view, on the Applications tab, in the System & Security group, click Security, and then click Security Configuration Utility.

  1. On the Security toolbox, click the Group Accounts button.
  2. Select the group account you want to remove and click Delete. The following text appears:

OK to delete this group?

  1. Click Yes to delete the group account.
  2. Click OK to close the Group Accounts dialog box.
  3. On the File menu, click Save to permanently remove the account.

NOTE: Be careful which group accounts you delete. Group members lose their account privileges when you delete a group account.
