Managing Containerized Predix Machine

Use the Containers tab to manage a Predix Machine container on a device from Edge Manager.

About this task

Note: The Containers tab is displayed only for devices running containerized Predix Machine.

Procedure

  1. In the left navigation pane, select Device Manager > Devices.
  2. Click the name of the device with the container you want to manage.
  3. Click the Containers tab.
    The Container Images section displays the containers running on the device.
  4. Select the action to perform.
    • Click Start to start a container.
    • Click Stop to stop a container.
    • Click the trash can icon to delete a container.
    The Status column shows the results of your action, and the Timestamp column displays the time and date the action was executed.
