About the speakers

Beth Scheid, Associate Director Information Technology, Global Business Services, Procter & Gamble

Beth Scheid has held multiple positions over her 30 years with P&G in both IT and Sales. She has worked in Import/Export Distribution, R&D/Pharmaceuticals, and Sales—selling oral care products to a global retailer. She’s also worked as the Business Unit “CIO” for four different Global Presidents spanning Feminine Care, Family Care, Skin & Personal Care, and Hair Care.

Beth is currently P&G’s Global Manufacturing IT Services leader. In this position, Beth is accountable for delivering business value from the scaled technology solutions that operate in P&G’s 100+ plants. The world of Product Supply is not new to Beth. She’s led a team of 160 project managers delivering solutions enhancing P&G’s Order, Shipping, Billing, Planning, Transportation, and Warehousing services.

Beyond work, Beth LOVES being a Mom to her 4 amazing children. With incredible support from her husband, their family has lived in Cincinnati, Baltimore, and the Netherlands.

Tim Rogers, Chief Architect for Manufacturing Services, Procter & Gamble

Tim Rogers has been working for Procter & Gamble for 22 years. He has worked in both discrete and hybrid manufacturing for over 25 years.

Within Procter & Gamble, Tim has worked within 4 different business units spanning Family Care, Feminine Care, Baby Care, and Beauty Care. He has focused on various areas in the supply chain. Tim is currently P&G’s Chief Architect for Manufacturing Services. Tim continues to drive breakthrough results at 100+ P&G plants with a focus on value through innovative business processes utilizing technology. As P&G continues their touchless journey, there will be a continued investment in synchronizing the entire supply chain.

Outside of work, Tim is a man of faith and has enjoyed strong support from his wife and 3 children. Tim currently lives in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
