*Depends on the number of assets. The 12 weeks duration is typically for 1 plant with 3 units that covers all hydro mechanical assets (turbine, generator, shaft line, auxiliaries etc.) with existing data that is available. SCOPE OF SUPPLY Software (SW): GE APM Software (Reliability module) hosted in the *GE cloud • Features GE’s SmartSignal predictive analytics & diagnostics technology • Includes all the 250+ predictive analytics from GE’s hydro analytics catalog • Run in the GE cloud. Set up, configured, and operated by the GE teams remotely Hardware (HW): GE Edge Gateway ingests data from the Site and sends to the GE cloud securely. • Provisioned and delivered to the site, installed by the customer’s team with GE’s guidance and configured and maintained by the GE team remotely Services: Predictive Monitoring (PdM) services • Monitor all the electromechanical equipment of the covered unit(s) • Remotely delivered by a team of hydro analysts using the GE APM Software to deliver insights to the hydro plant Operation & Maintenance (O&M) team. The GE Hydro analyst team will be supported by GE’s hydraulic, electrical and mechanical experts, when appropriate. • Weekly or bi-weekly detailed operations review with site/centralized O&M team, quarterly leadership review and annual goal and value report. • Local Hydro services organization, with a global presence, ready to service your asset when needed Hardware (optional): Additional Sensors if necessary • Gap assessment is performed by GE team to identify missing sensors that are needed to activate relevant analytics after activating as many analytics as possible with existing sensors • Cost vs value: discuss the value of the analytics for the equipment based on the cost to add new sensors, considering the probability of failure and historical performance DEPLOYMENT PROCESS & PLANNING ~12* weeks from “contract signed” to solution “go live” Information Gathering Tag Mapping Initial Data Collection Kick-Off Meeting Start of PdM Service HW & SW Procurement Plant Connectivity APM Configuration Model Building Testing & Validation 3-4 weeks 3-4 weeks 1 week 2 weeks 2 weeks Project Execution Details *The data hosting and the software application can run on customer premises to comply with specific local country regulations.
