Providing a common platform for data collection on aero equipment for GE Vernova customers

The new and improved Aero Customer Portal is here. A common platform where you can store and view all your equipment-related data. The portal contains interactive features that allow users to plan for Service Bulletins, do better forecasting for planned and unplanned events, implement corrective actions with the OEM expertise, and even compare a unit’s performance against the rest of the fleet.

The more information users share in the portal about their equipment health, the better the data GE Vernova will have available to trouble shoot the units and "plan for the unplanned".

Here's what you can access with the new Aero Customer Portal:*

Service and product bulletins

Get the latest updated compliance information related to the service and product bulletins available to enhance the reliability and performance of your equipment. Information of the latest bulletins is available which helps plan for future outages, leveraging the OEM expertise from GE Vernova. Better planning can reduce outage time, helping to ensure parts are available and shop and field resources are allocated when customers need them.

Events

Want to know about all the planned and unplanned events of your Aero equipment? Download historical reports and be better prepared for your next outage. Use the chat function to communicate with your designated Customer Service Leader and also get support from Product Services Engineering. Specific engine events will be recorded on the portal to build a library of events that contains engine specific data useful to customers.

Manuals & documents

Access O&M documents, engine and package upgrade information, depot reports, and other documents shared by GE Vernova during monthly customer engagements. This includes and is not limited to Aero RM&D reports, Asset Performance Management (APM) Reliability Plus reports, presentations, and O&M manual updates. Customers can also upload and share reports from their own engine and package analysis to build a robust document library.

Engine condition evaluation

After a borescope inspection has been conducted, customers can obtain a preliminary assessment of the condition of their engine’s hardware. The engine condition is determined based on a Failure Mode and Effects Analysis methodology that includes photos taken of the hardware, findings reported or observed, engine fired hours and component accumulated hours, operational profile, fuel type, historic repairs and upgrades, reliability data, and expertise domain.

Reliability & availability

Customers that share their information with Operational Reliability Analysis Program (ORAP) can view their engine availability and reliability data compared to the fleet product line’s reliability and availability values. This helps identify gaps and loss in performance so customers can plan for remedial actions that can have a direct impact in reliability and availability. In many cases the remedial actions involve the implementation of crucial service bulletins through the OEM.

Aero RM&D data

Access critical asset data and a selection of decision support tools built on the combined GE Vernova OEM knowledge, engineering know-how, and depth of fleet experience. Aero RM&D (Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics) uses our Digital APM (Asset Performance Monitoring) platform to manage outputs and data visualization. Users can also see the data in real-time that is transferred to the APM cloud for analysis through the On-Site Monitoring (OSM) device installed in one of the cabinets on site. Using real-time data with the support of the monthly Operational Assessment Reports (OAR) provides crucial information about the health of the unit used to help prevent unplanned outages.

APM reliability plus

APM reliability plus is an early warning detection system that can help identify potential issues well ahead of equipment failure. When equipment is in the early stages of failure, subtle signs may begin to appear across different variables and APM reliability plus can pick up on those signs. With a subscription to APM monitoring services, you will have access to critical data that includes cases, trends and recommendations from subject matter experts who monitor the Aero fleet.

Engine repair status
